Hello buddies. my problem resolved. it was happening because of auto attachments plugin. i activated plugins one by one and find the issue with this one. i wrote on their support forum and they accepted the issue and replied that they are working to resolve.

problem not resolved yet even after updates.

I am also facing the same problem, one description tab by wordpress and other is by All in One SEO Pack plugin what I need to do to keep only one description?

I installed 3.1 with no display, the whole installation was ok, i was using 3.0.5 version before this, I made new installation rather than updating. i am using windows server.
