Hi Gerkin. The error appears when I am on the Search & Filter Edit Post screen. I’d send you a screen capture, but I don’t see the ability to attach an image here within the forum.
To give you more info: Uncaught Reference Error: QTags is not defined ithoughts tt gl-editor.min.is
If I try to drag and drop a field into the search UI (which is how to create a form), another error appears: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘hasClass’ of undefined at HTMLDocument load-scripts.php
Thanks

Hi Gerkin. Yes, that’s correct. Thank you.
Okay, so IE 11 is our company’s default browser at this time. When I open the console in IE, on the editor page, I see the following error:
SCRIPT1046: Multiple definitions of a property not allowed in strict mode
File: ithoughts_tt_gl-tinymce.min.js, Line: 10, Column: 616Interestingly, when I use chrome, the G and glossary icons appear.
Hopefully, this will help.

Hi Gerkin,
Sorry this took so long. I couldn’t figure out what “maj” was … turns out I needed Ctrl-Shift-j. Anyway, here is what I found:

VM45 extensions::schemaUtils:112 Uncaught Error: Invocation of form runtime.connect() doesn’t match definition runtime.connect(optional string extensionId, optional object connectInfo)Hi Gerkin. We recently updated to 4.6. Not yet to 4.6.1.And yes, we’ve updated other plugins as well. I update one at a time and test the site. This problem did not come to light right away, so I’m not sure exactly when it occurred. I tried deactivating and then reactivating the plugin, but that didn’t help. Are you aware of which plugins might conflict with Tooltip Glossary? I can get a list of the plugins we use to you, but will have to wait until Monday.
The strange thing is that we have our staging/test site, where the plugins have been updated and WP 4.6 – and don’t have this problem there.

In reply to: [Search & Filter] Error on updateHi – I’m having the same problem upgrade error. We have Search and Filter Pro – but I can’t log into the Pro support forum and there is no way to create and account. VERY frustrating. No visible way of getting support.

In reply to: [Customizr] Image size on home page for post listHi – I don’t know if you can help me or not, and this post seems related. What I want is for the thumbnails on post lists, archives, and search results to display at 150×150, not 250×270. I have tried various resizing snippets from the customizr site, along with the regenerate thumbnails plugin, but though the thumbnails themselves are resized in the media library, they still display at the larger size on the lists — only now they’re pixelated.
We have a lot of content on the site and want the lists to be more compact with less space between them, but still contain a small thumbnail. We may even want to go as small as 100 x 100.
Is there a snippet that will accomplish what I’m looking for? Thanks.

In reply to: Comments not displayingIt was a Thesis issue (I’m running 1.8), and I was able to find the answer on the DIY forum there. I needed a new comments.php file. Seems to be running okay now.
Thanks everyone. Panic over for now.
