They’re showing up on a different computer so it must have something to do with the laptop I was using.

I think the problem is really dropbox. ?? I’ll have to come up with an alternative way to dump the files.

On the first tab it says this under Last Log Message:

Does that help at all? I wonder if it’s just my Dropbox capacity. I deleted most of what I had there.

Well, I think it’s good that dreamhost & this forum were able to work together because going through only one never works. DH blames WP; WP blames DH. This worked and I’m happy.

Images are usually around 3MB or less. Thanks for the /tmp help.

I actually got an email back from DreamHost saying there were traffic issues which explains why my hits went down from around 600 one day to almost none the next day. Something was keeping people from getting to my blog.

Thanks for all that. Not sure I can figure it out with a ton of fear of nuking things. I deleted the SuperCache because there was another one being used. I hope it’s ok.

The image upload error is completely unhelpful. All it says is “HTTP Error” in a pink colored box and gives an action to Dismiss Errors. If I open the Media Library in a separate window, then upload an image, I can go back to the post and Add Media and it adds but only if I hit Save between each image. Saving is good but it’s annoying. It will crap out like that even when trying to make a new gallery.

Trying to get a 3rd image up is giving errors again.

I finally got to login. I deleted all the deactivated plugins completely. Deactivated the used ones and reactivated them. Things are still really slow. But I finally got my media library to load and allow me to insert 2 images so far.

Well I tried to delete them through FTP and they won’t go away. No idea what else to do at this point if I can’t use the dashboard.

I’m running a theme called GoodThemes with some plugins which are constantly updated.

That definitely helped something. My login finally works again. It’s still crazy slow trying to click in the dashboard. Ex: All I’m doing from step one is login, click Posts. It takes me to a url that says “edit.php” but it isn’t. It’s my home page as published.
