The “Name” Checkbox is activated and the field is shown on the form.
But when I will send up the form I get the error-message: NAME must be provided – Please enter a value.

thanks for your answer.
My question was not concrete enough, sorry for that.

I don’t want to deactivate the Name field. In Mailchimp I have the fields for NAME und EMAIL and the form should have it too.
