Like I mentioned above reauthenticating (over and over and over again) didn’t work for me yesterday. I just kept the error message asking me to connect to Google. On the linked article it hinted that you may need to choose the option to do it manually (which requires the paid version). Magically, today reauthenticating worked.
This was all happening with the latest version of the plugin. The last update was apparently what broke the connection as it had been working for months prior to that update.
I am having the same issue since the update ~1 August 2024. I have tried reauthenticating with Google several times, checking all the boxes, and keep getting put back onto the same screen instructing me to reauthenticate. After reviewing the article linked above, it seems the fix is to upgrade to pro. So, the free version doesn’t work and there are no plans to fix?
Thanks so much for the quick response! Unfortunately, I don’t think this plugin is going to work for us. We only have plugins that are absolutely necessary to conduct our work and have put a ton of work into customizing the theme for our needs, so I can’t turn them off for a new plugin that I’m not sure will work for us anyway. Seems like a good product for other websites though, so I’m sorry it’s not compatible with ours.

In reply to: Subdomain site and dashboard not found (404)Hi Mika,
Thanks for your help and suggestions! The problem is resolved and my sites are all up and running (with some blogger to wp issues, but that’s another topic). Apparently my DNS just got stuck in dreamhost’s system and once it finally updated everything was fine. In the future I will add the subdomain through them first, then in wordpress.
I did add the subdomains through my registrar, which may not be necessary, but doesn’t appeared to have messed anything up.
Also, you should recommend your e-books to anyone with a question on multisite – they’re very useful!

In reply to: Subdomain site and dashboard not found (404)Hi Mika,
Thanks for that link. I checked the IP with terminal and got the same IP with both commands. I also went into manage domains and tried the “change settings” fix. Still getting the same error messages. Do I need to manually set up the subdomain in my registrar (hover) too? Or should I just fill out a dreamhost support ticket as the link you provided suggested (if those fixes didn’t work)?
Thanks!
