Have you tried testing with only WooCommerce core active? If not, can you please try testing and let us know if the products are showing correctly as external/ affiliate?

Products are located mainly in 2 tables:

wp_posts table with a post_type like product or product_variation,
wp_postmeta table with the corresponding post_id by product (the product ID).

Product types, categories, subcategories, tags, attributes and all other custom taxonomies are located in the following tables:

wp_terms
wp_termmeta
wp_term_taxonomy
wp_term_relationships
wp_woocommerce_termmeta
wp_woocommerce_attribute_taxonomies (for product attributes only)

Product types are handled by custom taxonomy product_type with the following default terms:

simple
grouped
variable
external

Are you using a plugin to offer the courses for sale as a product or are you just using WooCommerce core and creating a variable product and using the days as attributes?

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

If you haven’t already, I recommend contacting their support directly, as it sounds like it could potentially be caused by another plugin on the site, not necessarily WooCommerce core.

After working with WPML support, if you are able to determine that the issue is specific to WooCommerce core, please do submit this to the GitHub repository for WooCommerce core so the developers can take a closer look:
