I’m not seeing an error showing on that screenshot. I’m also not sure where that setting is even located. Can you please elaborate further on the exact issue happening on the site, where it is happening, and what steps you are taking to see an error.

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

The best way to determine this is to:

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Can you please explain further why you don’t want customers to know/ see the other products on the site?

Depending on what you are wanting to do, it may make sense to restrict the products according to the user. There are plugins available to help with product restriction, but it may be limited according to your use case.

When I set the product category widget on the woocommerce menu to drop down, it does not work. You see the heirachy but when you select something nothing happens

I tested this on my site and I am able to select a category from the drop down and it works as expected:

That message may still remain if we didn’t have to update the plugin (the message is only removed when the plugin is updated). But rest assured they are compatible.

From what I can see, the taxes are showing. Have you been able to resolve the issue?

If not, can you please let me know what I should be seeing on checkout if this is incorrect.
