Hi Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I had to revert the plugin on my live site and set up a dev site. The new version does not work for me. I don’t have an excerpt anymore, I get the full text and it appears on top of the featured image. Choosing empty layout didn’t do anything. I can’t seem to edit the layouts at all. Trying to assign a new layout doesn’t do anything.

Hi Scrambler,
I think you are right about the hyphen. I tried re-naming my custom post type categories to not have hyphens, but the name of the custom post type has hyphens (jetpack-portfolio-type) so it still doesn’t work.

In this case, I’m just going to use regular posts and post categories for my content. That will work fine on this site.

I changed the filter name and replaced the dash, but it didn’t help
