I have just worked out the issue. Deactivating the Jetpack plugin for mobile theme was causing the issue (this was suggested in a previous fix). Reactivating it now has my website updating on phones again. Unless you can suggest another fix, I will have to keep the Jetpack plug in activated. Amanda

As an update to my previous query, I have just added a new page to my website happyhomesolutions.com.au and accessing my website via my phone doesn’t display the new page, however ipad and laptop do. If I access my website through facebook on my phone, the website works and displays the new page. Please help, this is very frustrating.

I have just noticed another issue with my webpage when displayed on a mobile phone. If my web address https://www.happyhomesolutions.com.au is typed into the web search area, the website menu button doesn’t work. However, if I access my website through a link on my facebook business page, the menu button works. This problem isn’t occurring on tablets, just mobile phones. I have tested both Iphone and Androids. Please help. Thank you. Amanda

Thank you,however I don’t know how to download this onto my website. Once I download it, how do I install is on my website? I use the WP dashboard to add all plug ins to my website. The link below shows that the plugin isn’t available through wp dashboard.

Thank you, this has resolved the problem. However I am having another issue I hope you can help with. I have just linked my first blog to facebook and when the link on facebook is selected (https://happyhomesolutions.com.au/5-steps-to-a-clutter-free-home/), the image on the blog won’t display on certain devices, eg. ipad and iphone. It does display on laptop though? Are you able to provide any assistance with this issue. Thanks so much. Amanda

I am having the same problem as Marsfird. My website is https://www.happyhomesolutions.com.au and I have a a boy with a helmet on the front page. I wish I hadn’t done an upgrade. ?? Please help.

Good afternoon,
I would like to remove the “Published on” status from my blog posts. I do not intend to blog regularly and the date makes the posts seem outdated. I tried a plug in but it only removed the date and not the words “Published on” which looked really silly. Please help.

I made changes as you suggested, however I am only able to insert “read more” tags on my posts not my pages. Is this function available for pages? Thank you for your help.
