For individual page you can use the conditional tags as esmi told above. But as the number of pages increase it turns out to be a problem.

Yes you shd also use only less amount of wordpress themes. Else a 100MB would suit.

Go To Dashboard> Settings> General Settings > Blog address (URL). Just change it instead of the steps you have done. You’ll get what exactly you wanted.

The theme is looking good. IMHO, the test or the font used shd be changed to a much better one like verdana r helvetica and its size should be increased. Else is good.

Also try using a different browser while using wordpress, because some browsers might have probs with javascript, try safari and see.

I ll suggest to first take a back up of the wp-config file and then delete that line and see whether the error is solved.
