I should add that I am using custom post types (articles).

Andrew- I was able to resolve it with a CSS solution. There is one issue left:

How can I hide the featured image so that is *does* show up on media post grids but does not show up a the top of each article and post. I do not want the large image on top of every post.

That does indeed work for most pages. In the the page I originally link, the spacing issue remains. I have a feeling its the plugin IssueM, since that page is directly pulled from their plugin?

Update, I was able to add custom css to hide title…still unsure how to edit the page full-width style.

Also rotator featured images do not appear anywhere.

I have a posts to page plugin that displays all the posts in a certain category on a certain page. The plugin seems to include code on how and what is displayed, but I am not sure how to edit it.

Also- it’ not a theme issue. It has to do with the posts to page plugin.

The website is no longer active. I did try that first. If you click on it, you’ll see what I mean :/

Kind of ridiculous that so many people are having the same problem over and over again. Whether or not there are work-arounds, it’s frustrating to spend so much time trying to get something to work smoothly. I’ve followed the many threads where people state they cannot find the custom fields section and never found a solution. While I know I’m not knowledgeable in wordpress, I am also an average user, the the user-friendliness factor is a time suck.

I went to the directed place, the urls are exactly the same and they are the temp site. I did not change them, since you warned me in all caps. Should I change them both to the permanent address?

Nothing ?? Is there someplace in editor I can correct this?

For example, this page had a featured image that no longer shows:

I try loading and I am able to select an image and then it returns to the page editor and nothing happens. No error message or anything- it just won’t load.
