Unfortunately, I tried to change:

To following line:

<a target="_blank" href="{{ event.get_runtime( 'instance_permalink' ) | e('html_attr') }}"

But it does not make any change.
Links (in month-view page) is still opened in same window.
(I have cleared the plugin cache folder too)

I’m new to this .twig things.
Could you help me a little bit more by pointing me to a more detailed solution please?

No, Coen Jacobs.. it will make shop page be new homepage, but the featured image gone.

I can use CSS to add padding to the box here..
and move the exit button left too:

1. Use Firebug to find the CSS lines / rules that made up the header section.

2. Create your custom.css with software like Notepad++.
(Refer to w3schools if needed).

3. Upload your ‘custom.css’ inside your Frisco theme directory.

4. Open ‘theme options’ in your admin area, then check ‘Custom Stylesheet’ check-box.

5. See the result on the header of your site and make any further adjustment / improvement in case needed.

The media management button “Insert into Post” is now visible again. It was hidden by a the css.

Why don’t you use WooCommerce plugin ?
Maybe users / customers can be rewarded by point everytime they make a product review.
