In reply to: Image location hellOk I think I fixed it, somehow the code in the .htaccess file had changed, and no longer had the code for the files redirect. Added the correct code and it now seems to be working.

In reply to: Image location hellok so I think lots of others are having this same issue. My multi site was working just FINE until, it auto updated to 3.8 and now all subsites have non working images.
OceanWind, did you ever figure out how to fix this?
Ipstenu, there has to be something we can change to easily fix this right? I mean, it updates wordpress and now images don’t show, so what do we do to fix it?

In reply to: [Featured Video Plus] Higher res videoYa I have the same problem, we should be able to include the youtube url that makes the video play in hd, but the plugin strips that part out, so it must play in standard definition? I really like this plugin but isn’t this the year 2013 (almost 2014) and practically all new youtube videos are in HD, yet we can’t set our videos to play in HD…

In reply to: login/?action=register says registration has been disabledPerhaps this has something to do with it… I believe I had installed members (not wp-members), and in this plugin there is an option that says “Enable the role manager.
Your roles and capabilities will not revert back to their previous settings after deactivating or uninstalling this plugin, so use this feature wisely.”
I re installed this plugin today, and that option was already checked. So, does anyone know if this might be the problem and if so, how I can undo the changes this option creates?

In reply to: login/?action=register says registration has been disabledyes I looked in the network settings AND the main site’s settings. I have enabled new user signups in s2member as well. Over on the s2member forums they had me try https://www.fastsoupdiet.com/wp-login.php?action=register which works, but that isn’t the default link that should be working. So it’s a big help, but if wordpress is by default sending people to the link that doesn’t allow them to register, then even though this other link works, it won’t do me much good.

In reply to: login/?action=register says registration has been disabledYes, it was set to user accounts may be registered. Could it be some kind of past membership plug in that has since been deleted but could have left some of it’s settings, because in the past I always had every option always set to not allow registration?
