@bonedigital This should be fixed now in version 1.1.1. Thanks for reporting this bug!
@bonedigital Looking into this…will let you know shortly any updates.
Hi @complementiclimatici — the photos should also be in your Media Library — you should be able to select them there (with the checkboxes), then use the “Bulk Action” dropdown to update the alt text for your selected images. Let us know if that works for you!
Hi @lbrashear — ok this is helpful! I think we should have a fix for this shortly.
@lbrashear That’s very strange. You could try removing/deactivating all other plugins except AltText.ai and then see if the same issue happens. My guess is it will be fine since our plugin does not create any new images, so the duplicate problem is not able to be caused by us. If you have a chance to try it out without any other plugins on the site please let us know what you find out! We’ll mark this as resolved for now.
@lbrashear Do you have any details like error messages or an error log file? Also make sure you are on the latest version of our plugin. We haven’t seen any crashing issues for any other sites, so would like to know details here. Feel free to contact us directly at [email protected] if you’d like.
@kwsim539 We added SEOPress support a while ago ?? So yeah, it’s in there!
Try the new version 1.0.40 and see if that works for you!
Ok yes – we see the new issue. Looks like another PHP 7.2 -> 7.3 problem. New version coming soon.
We just released version 1.0.39 which should fix this problem. Give it a try now ??
Ok good news! We found the issue and will be releasing an update shortly.
Hmm this is strange. Do you mind trying with the latest version of the plugin (1.0.38) and let us know if you still get an error?
Great idea. We are adding this to our backlog!
Hi – were you able to figure this out? Check your minimum PHP and WordPress versions first.
Hi! We have fixed this issue with version 1.0.38. The chinese languages should work now.
