Hi,
I’ve already gone through both methods but neither did they work.
The whole story would be:
1. Found this on my backend:
Mailer: Gmail
{
“error”: “invalid_grant”,
“error_description”: “Token has been expired or revoked.”
}2. Disconnect my original email.
3. Uptade to your latest version. (But after updating, my backend jumped out a screen saying there’s a serious error, so I uninstall your whole plugin and reinstall it.)
4. Tried both of the methods you mentioned.
5. Second error jumped out:
Mailer: Gmail
{
“error”: {
“code”: 401,
“message”: “Request is missing required authentication credential. Expected OAuth 2 access token, login cookie or other valid authentication credential. See https://developers.google.com/identity/sign-in/web/devconsole-project.”,
“errors”: [
{
“message”: “Login Required.”,
“domain”: “global”,
“reason”: “required”,
“location”: “Authorization”,
“locationType”: “header”
}
],
“status”: “UNAUTHENTICATED”
}
}Actually when I finish reconnecting my Gmailer, I can see a chatbox saying the plugin has successfully connected to the Gmail API. But in the backend setting the authorization button is just still there, meaning the connection has been failed.
I doubt if my uninstallation process in step 3 was not successful and there’s some data can’t be overwritten now.
Hope there’s a way to solve that~
That’s exactly what I’m facing!
and now another message pop up:
Mailer: Gmail
{
“error”: {
“code”: 401,
“message”: “Request is missing required authentication credential. Expected OAuth 2 access token, login cookie or other valid authentication credential. See https://developers.google.com/identity/sign-in/web/devconsole-project.”,
“errors”: [
{
“message”: “Login Required.”,
“domain”: “global”,
“reason”: “required”,
“location”: “Authorization”,
“locationType”: “header”
}
],
“status”: “UNAUTHENTICATED”
}
}Besides I’ve already tried updating your new version.
Thanks for answering. The issue seems to be solved now.
Now I see the notification about after half an hour. How can I solve this problem? Should that be normal?

In reply to: [bbp style pack] doesn’t work wellI guess it should be a cache problem. I changed my Cloudfare browser cache TTL and make it shorter (1 month -> 4 hours). It works more smoothly now, though sometimes still doesn’t work.

In reply to: [bbp style pack] doesn’t work wellBy the way, I’ve set my “browser cache TTL” in Cloudfare up to 1 month (default is 4 hours) before installing your plugin. Will that do any difference?

In reply to: [bbp style pack] doesn’t work wellHi Robin,
As I deactivate Jetpack, I successfully changed my forum’s settings, but only once.
Again it showed no response when I changed my background color another time.
I’ve also tried to deactivate other plugins, but Style Pack still fails.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [bbp style pack] doesn’t work wellBut it worked initially, that confuses me.
For example as you can see in this link, I’ve already changed my topic background in blue. But then I set the color to orange and nothing happened.
I’ve also tried other settings, they all suddenly can’t work. (They do work at first too.) Would that probably be a Jetpack interfering problem? Before it stopped working, Jetpack had prohibited my IP address when I tried to log in my own website, which is something that never happens before.
