    Hi Tara,

I am looking for someone one to help me find a solution to my WordPress problems, Not Comments. So you should not have wasted your time with your post.

Now if you can provide me answers or point me to someone that can help me then I am willing to listen and read your posts.

    Thanks,

I am desperate to get my blog working right again, is there anyone that can help me do this?

I have gone back to GDI support and had them recheck the DNS Settings as Mr Clouder had suggested and GDI says those settings are correct.

In my very first post I explained most of what is happening and a week has passed and my blog is still not functioning properly, again can some one anyone help me find a fix to my issues?

    Sincerely,

    Al Silva

    Hi Clouder,

Thank you for your quick response.

I did contact GDI who hosts the theme and they said that they found the theme was incompatible with the WordPress platform, which makes no sense to me when they have thousands of members using this theme with WordPress and having no problems and mine was working ok up until 6 days ago.

I will contact GDI and ask to have the DNS settings rechecked as you mentioned…If they come back and say the settings are correct, I do not know what else to do.

    Sincerely,

    Al Silva

Thanks for all the WP support!

I figured it out on my own the culpert that
was causing my word wrap to not function and
    it was my G-Font plugin.

I shut down all my plugins and then activated
one at a time and checked my post each time
and found it was the G-Font Plugin.

So I suggest that anyone using WordPress that
is having any kind of problems with it the very
first thing you should do is shut down all your
plugins first and then activate and check your
post on each and every one. Most of the time
this will solve the problem you are having.

whether WP Support is paid or free , support is to be just that to WP clients, support helping to solve our WP issues.

Now I made my post above over a week ago on the issues that I am having since I updated to the new 3.9 version and all the responses that are commenting on this stream are people who are having the same problems or issues….No One has offered any fixes or solutions to my above issues.

Can someone PLEASE, anyone provide me with the solutions to my WP problems or lead me to a reliable source where I can get my issues fixed, this is very frustrating not to have my blog functioning perfect before the 3.9 update and causing me excessive time and work, I would greatly appreciate it.

I do not know why WordPress had to go and update
things that were not broken ending up causing more
problems than you can shake a stick. I was always
told if it ain’t broken don’t fix it.

Now, I posted all my problems above and have yet to
receive any solutions to my problems.

I am also pissed at the WordPress support system in
that you can only go to the WordPress support forums
to get answers and fixes to problems which may take
a few days or even weeks. It would be nice to just
have a support ticket system in place to get things
    taken care of much quicker.

Now it has been about 3 or 4 days since I posted the
problems that I am having, SO…..

WordPress support where ever you are can you please
help me to fix the above issues, I am wasting so much
time and I am also totally ticked off and irritated by
    this calamity.

I have a problem that so far has been unsolvable

I have asked wordpress blogging and plugin
experts about my issue with creating a
new post by copy and pasting the article
content into my blog editor and then clicking
update or publish only to find half of my blog
content missing and I tried it a number of times.

It was suggested that I deactivate all my plugins
and go through them one by one, and all my widgets
because that was the probable cause, in which I did
but the same thing still happens.

I just downloaded the wordpress data base
optimizing plugin and had the data base optimized
but still no solution to the problem as of yet.

It was also suggested that I first copy the article
content into the microsoft word editor and then into
my wordpress editor and it worked ok the first time
but then went back to doing the same thing.

I am, needless to say so frustrated because I have
not been able to find a solution, or fix to loss
of my post content when copy and pasting my article
    and publishing or updating.

Can someone, Please, please Please help me!
    [email protected]

I have no problem with the suggestions thay I’m
getting here but I have only recieved one suggestion
    so far.

    Thanks Much,

    Hi jrav001,

They are some articles that I am copying and pasting
into the wordpress editor and when I click update or
publish I lose part of my content every time.

Now you made a point that I have not done yet and
that is I have not tried to copy and paste it into
microsoft word and then into the wordpress editor
and if see if that works…I will let you know if
    this works or not.

Thank You So Much For Replying To My Issure,

    Al Silva
