Hello!
I just updated WooCommerce Services a few minutes ago and everything regarding having required billing looks great except for one thing: “STATE” is still listed as optional. Is there going to be another update to get that fixed?
Thank you!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] why all my “billing details” fields are optional?Good afternoon!
I am experiencing the same issue, but I do have the boxes checked for “Require Billing Address” & “Require Phone Number”. I called PayPal, but they told me that the problem is on the Woo end of things. I have included screenshots of both the settings and the checkout windows. I want these things to be required for tax purposes. If you can shed any light on this, I would appreciate it!

In reply to: [WooCommerce Shipping & Tax] Standard Tax not showing upGood morning Fernando!
I currently have a ticket open (please reference #2100056), and they have suggested I use Avatax. However, I have the same exact issue with them and their support is unable to figure out why. Is there anything else that can be done, or is there a way a support person to actually look in my dashboard (w/temp pw) to find out if there’s an underlying issue that isn’t present to me that could be obvious to someone else?

In reply to: [WooCommerce Shipping & Tax] Standard Tax not showing upI do have the “Enable automated taxes” selected as stated above. It does not give me the option of selecting the customer billing address as it is grayed out. What you are seeing is that I have “No, I will enter prices exclusive of tax”. I’m guessing this means I can put in a price of $10, and WooCommerce Services should calculate the tax based on that price. To clarify: I do want everything automated. I have everything selected to make it do that, but it’s not working and everything still shows $0.00 at the cart and checkout. I’ve even so much as tried to use another plugin (Avalara), but I’m getting the same result. I’d like to stick with WCServices if I’m able. This worked just fine 2-3 weeks ago. I’m not sure what happened since. Here are screenshots of what everything looks like currently.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Terms & Conditions Checkbox PositionOkay, thank you. I’ve contacted the theme developer for help bc I’m not sure what I need to modify.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Terms & Conditions Checkbox PositionMy screen resolution is set to 1920×1080, with no DPI adjustment (100%). This also happens on my husband’s 2560×1080 monitor at 100% DPI. I don’t think it is a screen size/resolution issue. It happens on Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Internet Explorer.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Terms & Conditions Checkbox PositionI need the checkbox moved to the left and to be on the same line as “I Have read and agree to the website terms and conditions.”

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Categories EmptyNevermind, I fixed it. I figured out that I had the visibility set to private, and that caused the count to be set to 0. Once I set the visibility to public, the count was fixed.
