Ok, just got logged out again. I don’t get an error code other than the message: “Oops! That page can’t be found.” when I try to do anything on my site. I then have to login and all is good again.
Hi Ashley,
Thanks for your reply and apologies too for not picking up earlier that you’d replied. I’d ticked the box to be notified but somehow missed it.
I get an error message something along the lines of can’t find the page (and there is a number, probably a 403), and I then have to log in again. Sorry, I don’t have the error code as it hasn’t happened today – it seems to happen every other day. Next time it happens, I’ll make a note of exactly what comes up.
Is there something you think I could try?
Thanks again,
Adrian.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] how to add all countries to shipping zone?Yes, just came to that conclusion so have set up a shipping class in the UK Zone (so far) with a price specified for A5 and A2 plus A3 and A2 which I can then add to each product appropriately. I’ll test this tomorrow to see if it calculates everything as I’d expect. If it doesn’t then I’ll probably try the Advanced Shipping Packages extension.
Thank you very much for your help.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] how to add all countries to shipping zone?I’ve actually got 2 UK zones and 2 Europe zones as follows:
Uk – A5 and A4
UK – A3 and A2
Europe – A5 and A4
Europe – A3 and A2
Rest of World – A5 and A4
Rest of World – A3 and A2
My website sells art prints in the above sizes and shipping cost is based on the size of print. Each zone has a different shipping price. Does the above look ok?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] how to add all countries to shipping zone? That’s perfect, thank you. I understand now. I already have the UK listed first, followed by a zone for Europe so I just need to create one more for the rest of the world.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] how to add all countries to shipping zone?Hi,
Thanks for your answer.
I need 3 zones, UK, Europe and Rest of World. Creating zones for UK and Europe is really easy as I can select UK and Europe from the list of countries. Creating a zone for Rest of World is really tricky because there are so many countries to add, and I need to obviously exclude Uk and Europe as these are covered by two other separate zones as mentioned above.
To create the Rest of World zone I thought if I could select all countries in one hit I could then just delete UK and Europe, leaving me with all the other countries in the world. I’ve not found a way to create this zone yet..

In reply to: [WooCommerce] how to add all countries to shipping zone?No worries. Thanks for your help though with the Everywhere bit – I missed that.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] how to add all countries to shipping zone?Yes, I missed that at first but now I can see what you mean. The problem for me is that I would ideally like to then just remove United Kingdom and Europe but there’s no way to do that unfortunately. Trying to create a zone for all other countries is a real pain..

In reply to: [WooCommerce] how to add all countries to shipping zone?My reason to select all is so I can go and remove UK and Europe which leaves all remaining countries that I can call the Rest of World zone. I see that if I create a blank zone it states that it covers everywhere – how would I then remove / unselect UK for example? Although it says the zone applies to Everywhere, when I go to edit it there are no countries selected…

In reply to: [WooCommerce] how to add all countries to shipping zone? But how do you add all countries to the zone in the first place? When I create my zone it’s empty at first. I then want to add every country to it but can’t find a way to select them all. Is this the same problem that you had?

That’s brilliant Eran. Thank you for pointing out the link to the posting that I couldn’t find. Must look harder next time!
