A quick update, I’m unable to make any plugin updates for now however with the help of health check we ran a few tests,
First notable one we ran the update product only with the twenty nineteen theme, woocommerce plugin and a plugin we’ve developed that does image processing on product update (woocommerce_update_product hook). This worked with no issues, i.e. without bringing the site down
Next we ran the update product with the same plugins but this time with betheme and now while updating the site is unreachable.

No I have a particular product that I don’t want to be listed in the front page,
So I’ve set it as hidden. However the shop slider which is set to show best sellers still seems to show this product.
I want to hide this particular product.
