    Puedes obtenerlo a través de WooCommerce > Status o WooCommerce > Estado en espa?ol. Selecciona Get system report u Obtener el informe del sistema, para después copiarlo para soporte. Una vez lo hayas copiado, ?podrías por favor copiarlo aquí? De esta manera tendremos información adicional sobre el contexto de tu tienda y qué plugins usas, para poder ver qué está interfiriendo con el buen funcionamiento de WooCommerce.

    Sorry to hear the problem you’re facing about not showing the credit card payment method on the checkout page. In order to know more about this issue, could you please share with us the System Status Report of your site?

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    Also, could you please let us know if you’re using the Blocks or standard (shortcode) checkout?

    I couldn’t reproduce this issue on a new site with WooCommerce 8.0 and WordPress 6.3 / 6.2.

    I understand you didn’t see any red flags in the System Status Report. However, would you mind sharing it please so that we can check if there is any inconsistency causing this difference in the behaviour?

    I tried to reproduce this issue on a new site with WooCommerce 7.7.0, however, seems it is a different issue. It looks quite similar at first glance but it is caused by other components and a different reason.

    In 7.6.0:

    Block “core/paragraph” is already registered.
    Block “core/image” is already registered.
    Block “core/heading” is already registered.
    Block “core/list” is already registered.
    Block “core/list-item” is already registered.
    Block “core/quote” is already registered.
    Block “core/video” is already registered.

    In 7.7.0:

    The block “woocommerce/product-radio” is registered with an invalid category “woocommerce”.
    The block “woocommerce/product-section” is registered with an invalid category “woocommerce”.
    The block “woocommerce/product-tab” is registered with an invalid category “woocommerce”.
    The block “woocommerce/product-schedule-sale-fields” is registered with an invalid category “woocommerce”.
    The block “woocommerce/product-track-inventory-fields” is registered with an invalid category “woocommerce”.
    The block “woocommerce/product-sku” is registered with an invalid category “woocommerce”.
    The block “woocommerce/product-checkbox” is registered with an invalid category “woocommerce”.
    The block “woocommerce/product-shipping-dimensions-fields” is registered with an invalid category “woocommerce”.
    The block “woocommerce/product-shipping-fee-fields” is registered with an invalid category “woocommerce”.

    In order to get more feedback from your site, could you please go to Analytics > Settings and share with us what value is set in the Date Type attribute?

    Ideally it should have any other value other than Select a data type. This is a known issue in WooCommerce 7.6.0 and I’m wondering if it could be the reason of the behaviour you are experiencing.

    Thank you for reporting this!

    This is a known issue introduced in WooCommerce 7.6.0, but as @shameemreza explained, it shouldn’t affect the functionality of WooCommerce.

    It will be fixed in WooCommerce 7.7.0 (you can check the fix here).
