Hello @macsopinion
It is a very early version of Bit Social (beta), which is still in development. While we have made significant efforts to assure stability and operation, some specific bugs or errors may still exist!
We will officially release our plugin very soon. We initially released the Beta version of this plugin on WordPress to make sure that we were following all of the guidelines that WordPress suggested.
Here we provided two options for integrating social media accounts. The first one is to click the “Connect Button”. For this option, we have to approve our app from the dedicated platforms and we already applied for the Facebook developer app which is on review. The second one is the “Custom App” method where you have to enter your personal app credentials and then you are good to go to make integrations and schedule posts. For Twitter and Tumblr you have to follow the second option.
Thank You.

We regret any inconvenience you may be facing with the SMTP using SSL setup. While the test indicates that the email was sent successfully, it appears that you are not receiving it. Please check your spam folder to ensure the email is not being filtered incorrectly.
If the issue persists, we suggest attempting the configuration using the TLS method and checking if that resolves the problem. Additionally, could you provide details about the email platform you are using for SMTP setup? This information will help us offer more specific assistance to address the issue.
Thank You,
Al Mizan,
