Maybe you haven’t checked the “types of content” or “categories” those posts belong to.
If the posts’ author is another account, you should setup signature for that account.

Do you write blogs as different WordPress users?
It seems that the author of the posts which do not show the signature is different from the author of newer posts.
WP Post Signature is designed to support multi-user. Every user can set their own signature, which also means each user have to set their signature to show it on their posts.
If it is the problem, you can log in as the other user and set signature again, or change the author of those posts to the user who already set the signature.

Please login as users other than admin to setup their signatures separately.
