Thank you I got it fixed and cache test passes now.
Shared hosting had endurance cache installed, removing it and deleting htaccess file (wordpress recreated new one) fixed it for me.

You were right got it fixed by adding cache bypass rule in cloudflare, thank you for your help.

@elliotvs it seems my temp url expired. New update has fixed issues on desktop but does not work on mobile on one of my websites. samsung s22 ultra samsung and firefox browser.

Ive tried adding rankmath rewrite rule, it did not work I was still getting 404.

So what I did was add *mydomain.com/*.xml Cache Level: Bypass to page rules in cloudflare dashboard and now it works. Sitemap is not being cached. Thank you for your help.

2 of my websites stopped showing cloudflare box after the update on contact 7. I get please verify that you are human, but no box to select making form inoperable.

@isaumya Sitemap is being cashed without that rule, any advice how could we stop caching of the dynamically generated sitemap?

Usually yes, but the Super Page Cache for Cloudflare plugin requires to have cloudlfare cache all setting on and than plugin should tell cloudflare what not to cache. Without some sort of rule sitemap.xml is being cached. Thank you for your help and I hope that my explanation makes sense.

Thank you for your replies, the only reason why I wanted the rule to be there was to prevent cloudflare from catching sitemap.xml. Author of cloudflare cache plugin gives set of rules to add to nginx config file, the above rule being one of them.
