I am having this problem also. What was your solution? Are you running this plugin on the latest WP verion 4.9.5? Just wondering if it will still work when i update.

Hello, when I give the “editor role”, they cannot get into the WP dashboard. The bar at the top to do that does not appear like with the admin role. The editor has the rights but can’t get in. This could be a Theme problem because it is a members site where employees login to get documents and stuff. Please let me know what you think about this.

Hello leafbreeze. Thank you so much for responding to my post and your in depth solution and answer. After doing some research on the internet, I did create a robots.txt file like you said but I put the following on it to hopefully stop Google from crawling on the resume images:
User-agent: Googlebot-Image
Disallow: /*.pdf$

User-agent: Googlebot-Image
Disallow: /*.docx$

Will this fix the problem or do I need to do what you explain above.

Thank you for responding to my post. I have added the titles and descriptions in Yoast SEO area for them on each page if that’s what you mean. I went to the link that you gave me. Yoast SEO pages are slightly different now. I changed some of the my templates codes to match some of their recommendations. I changed to title tag in my header.php to be: <title><?php wp_title(”); ?></title> It was <title><?php woo_title(”); ?></title> as suggested. Nothing has changed. Nothing has changed when searching on Google. Though it may not happen instantly. My site is https://www.plumgood.com, It is a Woo theme.

I apologize, I understand you work hard on these plugins and have a lot to support. My WP username is all alpha characters. Should it be different? I had to take out the contact form b/c I received more then 10 emails seconds from each other from supposedly new subscribers to my email list that did not show come up in constant contact when I looked them up. Now I don’t know whether these are valid and I should manually add them. Over a week ago the same thing happened and they were in my contact list but had entry dates of many months ago. I just can’t trust it for my client right now.

I can say what I did. But I don’t trust this plugin. Like twice now I have gotten 10 or more emails consecutively of people that have supposedly signed up on my contact form. The ones that came today, I search for them in Constant Contact and they are not there. Last time this happened, I looked them up and they were there with a date of being in added to constant contact many months ago when I didn’t even have this plugin installed. It’s as piece of crap and has NO SUPPORT! Since they ignore this forum. I am going to use the link to a form in Constant contact instead.

good luck getting someone to reply! I found that it actually was adding them to my contact list. If I searched by email not name, they appeared. Though, not sure if it trust worthy??

Thank you, I will try this. What about when you have a screen.php file that has a majority of the CSS on it and a style.css that has a small amount of formatting rules. I usually have to add to screen.php when customizing. Two of my themes have this set-up.

I am having the same problem with my home page 3D slider. It seems to have possible stopped work properly since I updated Option Tree. I add a new image, it deletes an existing one. Now it will only Take 3. It seems to replace the first one the new one when saved. It has always worked fine before today. Any suggestions?
