Thanks for responding. Understood about anything in the internet can become permanent but I think only if we choose to. In this example, we have the ability to edit the post so that google can re-crawl the post and result rankings would be automatically adjust regardless of Google Juice. The power is in our hands to edit, modify and correct information in the internt (e.g. Wikipedia, blogs, etc.) In our special case the power is in your hands to edit but choose not to.

But I already know you’ve made up your mind, and I will leave the matter to your decision which is clear. I hope that moderators going forward would improve wordpress volunteer service, by establishing better warnings and notices about permanency before mistakes are made at the end. After all, we never learn about this until someone accidentally finds themselves in this situation. A perfect opportunity and time for improvement I think.

However, in this case, that is probably extra work to do that and it’s probably more fun and convenient to slam the hammer on people.

Thank you for the reply.

I highly recommend that the guideline and the inability to delete/edit post be made transparent during the signup process. This information is very important and should be made very clear at the start if it has not.

Additionally, is there a guideline for extreme cases? Under what circumstances qualifies as extreme? How and who decides on this matter?

Finally, I submit my request for re-consideration under extreme. I am not concerned about SEO here. I am considered that a new small business is trying to build and grow its brand but when customers google for their name, and a technical issue conversation appears high up in the search results when it should not be shared to them, it devalues the brand building and company image.

If still I can’t hide the domain, kindly consider making the permanency of all posts be transparent from the very start of registration so users are fully made aware onwards.

Request for mods to kindly remove/delete this thread as it’s been resolved and provides no help to other users.

Alternatively, please edit and hide domain “sirahthelabel.com” (including this one) from message so this technical support post does not appear in the search results when our brand is google and affect our brand image.

No I only see a white screen and the website taking forever to load. It’s fixed now for me for some reason it fixed itself somehow. I can load the website again with Mailpoet working. How about you?

Same problem here. After I upgraded my plugins, mailpoet update didn’t let me to load my site. After changing the directory name of mailpoet, the site loads but I lost mailpoet.

Please advise. I may have to switch to another newsletter plugin.

This is resolved. Incase anyone had a similar issue:

Even if PDO is enabled, it needed to be loaded / called in php.ini with the following:
extension=pdo_mysql.so
extension=pdo_mysqli.so
extension=pdo.so

Oh additionally, the requirements are to have all of these item which I think I have already enabled:

PDO, PDO_MYSQL, XML and ZIP PHP extensions

Can anyone provide support?
