Just an FYI, my Divi Carousel didn’t say there was an updated needed in my WordPress Dashboard. But I went to your site and downloaded it from there.

I have deleted the old version, and cleared the cache – – however, I am still getting the same issues.

I just noticed something weird while testing. If I click on the “All” button first, everything works fine. However, if I click on any of my other filter buttons first, that is when it doesn’t work correctly. No one would click on “All” first as they are already all showing when the page is loaded. Not sure why the order of clicking the buttons depends on it working properly??

I went in and Deactivated the one I had (Free Version called Filter for Divi) I installed the one you sent me a link to (Divi Filter Premium) however I am not going to upgrade to Premium at this time as it isn’t working still.

I am getting the same issues with an additional error:

Any ideas?

If I hit save, everything is still there. However, if I refresh the page or go to another tab my changes within the Addition Content area are gone. I don’t get a chance to clear my cache as my content is already gone. I am using the Divi theme.

I am hoping we can figure this out as my client really wants this to work ??

Weird I had to turn off the “Click Overlay to Close” option for it to work. That setting never caused any issues before. But at least it is working now.

I was looking at my browsers js console and I get these 2 errors in the browser console log:

Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://dncsystems.ca/wp-admin/admin.php?page=pmxi-admin-manage&id=3&action=options’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure XMLHttpRequest endpoint ‘https://dncsystems.ca/’. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

(The site is https so I do not know why it has an http endpoint?)

Thank you for getting back to me.
Unfortunately that is not the case here. Once someone registers they are not able to login unless I activate the account first. I have not enabled Moderated Registration, it is turned “OFF” and after a user registers they are not able to login until I activate their account which is not practical for the site as they get frustrated and leave the site and purchase their products elsewhere. Once they register the screen redirects to a confirmation of registration then once they try to login they get an error message that user doesn’t exist. However when I first created the site on my testing environment it was working 100% correctly. I am not sure what could cause it to have this error since going live?

Thanks, I did what you suggested and it worked for the main recipes page, however not for the courses archive pages, not sure why but I will keep playing with my theme files and see if I can figure it out.

Hi thanks for your reply. I see what your saying about the url. I tested it on another site with the same theme but that does not use WP E-Commerce and it works great. So the culprit is WP E-Commerce which is very frustrating as they have horrible support.

I was using a plugin designed to use with WP E-commerce (but it only searches exact terms which won’t work for me either) and the url for their search results is:

Which is very different than what the standard one you described above. And I can’t make heads or tails of their code to edit it.

So I switched plugins and am using Relevanssi, which is activated and is working find, just a bummer your plugin is not able to work with WP E-commerce as I need a category search option.

The search plugin recognizes what category we are in but unfortunately does not return any results when doing a search. I was using Relevanssi but needed a way to search within specific categories. I hope this will work I love the plugin.
