The problem with line numbers is solved. I hired a freelancer and he told me that there was a conflict with some plugin. Some css class was not added to some block by this.
He added a jQuery code to add that css class by Header and Footer plugin.

I also checked Theme for Prismatic and as I see I don’t have a problem with theme anymore.

I hope you will be able to fix that problem with line numbers in next version of Prismatic. I can ask this freelancer what was the name of this plugin which caused problems if necessary.

I switched to the Prismatic plugin and the problem still exists so probably the problem is in the theme or some other plugin.

I am still fixing the issue but I need more time. I will post my results here when it will be fixed.

I have read your troubleshooting article and I agree with you on this topic.
I already tried to switch off/on my plugins and check if the theme on Prismatic Plugin will appear correctly and it didn’t. So probably there is a problem with the theme.

I decided I will outsource this problem to some professionals. I would like to ask you to not close this topic because I will have an explanation what is the cause of the problem soon.

1. I select Okaidia theme and I see Twiling Theme in myu blog post.
2. I don’t see line numbers.
3. When I update my blog post I got in WP Activity Log plugin this log:

“An unknown component created these tables in the database.
Tables: products”
