Hi @fyrakins, i had to do what’s best and just delete the plugin since its taking forever support to contact back their customers.

That was my solution and that’s why i marked this topic as resolved.

Hope you find a better plugin with a helpful customer service.

Yes, i am using Buddyboss.

I swear there was issue when i created this topic. I have deleted the plugin after creating the topic and since you have replied back, i just tried again and everything seems to work.

Anyway, thanks for the follow up and i will contact you back if anything occurs regarding this issue.

I contacted Elementor and raised a ticket regarding the issue. It has been escalated to a higher team, i guess. Hopefully they can fix the issue asap.

These issues shouldn’t occur with such page builder plugins that are essential to most websites. We’ll see what they have to say about it.

I’ll keep this topic open and will update once they follow up with me.
