I’ve read issue here https://github.com/ovidiul/XCloner-Wordpress/issues/16 and did you try go to admin.php?page=xcloner_settings_page&tab=system_options and in “Split Backup Archive Limit (MB)” set to number your host limit?

I’ve roll back to 3.1.6 version (use WP Rollback) and my forms work normally!
