Plugin limit products depend on cart and if products added to cart with help of default WooCommerce functions.
Both free and paid version work similar in global limitations.
Maybe this plugin do not use some WooCommerce functionality to add products to cart.

If builder can be used to edit single product element in products list, then button can be added with shortcode [br_compare_button]. Also it can be used on product single page.

It seems plugin do not get correct data for some fields when HPOS used in WooCommerce.

Plugin use cookie to set currency that must be used, caching functionality must be depend also on this cookie field with name “br_ce_language”, in some plugin for cache you can set those data in settings or with help of some hook.

We do not have paid version of this plugin, all options and functionality you can use in free version.

You can add those options to shortcode and setup it as you need.

Plugin use one of two library to wok with image GD or Imagick(it can be setuped in plugin settings if Imagick installed on server), you can try to install, for example, Imagick with webp and avif support and then plugin must work correct with those types of images.

Maybe products module do not use WP_Query class to get products. Please check maybe products module has some option to use WooCommerce query.

It is not clear what exactly problem you have on page. How page must work and what exactly css issue in header and footer do you have?

3.8.4 and 3.8.2.4 are different versions and latest version in file woocommerce-brand.php has version 3.8.4.
Maybe it is depend on some plugin settings, please provide screenshots for all plugin settings to check it.
