Installed Version 6.28.1-fix and ran a test to make a purchase with EDD and see if a new member was created.

The new member was created, the issue appears resolved.

Mihai and Denis thank you for your help.

I have troubleshooted the issue and can confirm that the problem is with Cleantalk. However, I had already v6.28 installed and it still prevents the new account from being created.

The only way to resolve this is to totally disable cleantalk from plugin menu.

Please let me know if I should submit a ticket to cleantalk or if this is already in hand.

If you are offering to remove monit.php you should make it clear that you are charging a fee.

When I visit that page on desktop I don’t see it present at all.

Although divi is the active theme, I am not using the divi builder on that test page, just the Give shortcode.

I have deactivated Divi anyway to test further, and am using the standard WordPress theme – and it still does not show on mobile… weird.

Oh I have just spotted what happened.

The new post was a DUPLICATE post that I was using as a template to create anew post – so the view count was also duplicated – mystery solved!
