I found the fix. I’m sharing it on here for any future people that experience the same issue.

My underlying issue is due to a lazy “fix” my hosting provider instructed me to do when I first set up the website. My site was not appearing unless accessed via beewickd.com/wordpress and they had me copy files around. Anyhow, I now have two of the files Kharis suggested I change.

/public_html/wp-content/themes/botiga/inc/modules/hf-builder/components/header/logo/logo.php

/public_html/wordpress/wp-content/themes/botiga/inc/modules/hf-builder/components/header/logo/logo.php

Once I made the change to both, the problem disappeared. ??

I tried disabling every plugin and then went into my saved original file, made the change and then saved it as logo.php.

I have not reenactivated any plugin but when I run the site through an SEO checker, it still appears as “The H1 heading is empty”. ??

Something very strange is going on. I just did the test on one orphaned store item.

I deleted it and emptied the trash. My total and orphaned store items count dropped.

I then tried to perform this procedure https://woocommerce.com/document/product-csv-importer-exporter/#converting-existing-simple-product-to-variable-product

I copied/pasted the headers and one item from Excel to Google Sheets (to avoid the csv bug), and changed variable to simple (so I upload a simple item). I then re-uploaded the simple item created from Google sheets and it imports without any errors. Once uploaded, the new item is shown as Orphaned again.. :'(

Here’s a list of all of the active plugins I have installed:
aThemes Blocks, aThemes Starter Sites, Limit Login Attempts Reloaded, Loco Translate, WooCommerce, WP Rocket, WPForms Lite, YaySwatches - Variation Swatches for WooCommerce, Yoast SEO

Do you think one of them could be causing this? The only one that may have anything related would be WP Rocket…

It’s a caching and performance optimization plugin to improve the loading of WordPress sites… (it improves the website loading speed).

One more thing, I’ve tried to use https://woocommerce.com/document/product-csv-import-suite-importing-product-variations/ for assistance but I do not get the option to select what kind of upload: Parent or Child Variations I am trying to upload…
As well, I am running WordPress 6.2 and WooCommerce Version 8.0.2.

Could it be coming from another configuration file somewhere?

I’ve removed the line and reset the caching addons but it’s still being picked up by SEO checkers.

(When I first set up the store I hadn’t found much information in how to set up a variable store so everything was done as simple items..)

Anyhow to fix this, I have to add the SKU to each variation in the exported csv? Also, I have to have the main product as “variable” and the variations as “variations” ?

Then delete/empty trash, and re-upload the csv file?

Can I just delete the items database and re-create it from scratch? I’m totally not sure how but google has been able to find 404 not found pages/items… which is very strange because the items are in the store and aside from using Google’s 404 link, I cannot get the error message… lol.

Thank you for pointing me in the right direction. ??

This is going to seem silly but even after removing the logo from the “background image option” and publishing the changes, the logo is still there.

When I try to use the Site Identity element, it posts another slightly smaller version of the logo on top of the larger static logo.

Can you please have another look?

Thank you for replying. I have the logo on the webpage and have added it with the Header Builder. What I am trying to do is turn the logo into a link back to the main site. So if a person is on our Q&A page (for example), they can come back to the main page by clicking on the logo. Right now the logo is a static picture. I know it can be done as the Botiga demo page does have this capability.

is there a ratio or resolution you’d suggest @kharisblank ?

I’ve messed with the photo numerous times before and all it did was cut off part of the top candle and its flame..

I’d like to keep all of the candles and flames on the website. Lol
