Have you tried putting the complete URL in the redirect field instead of just this part “/?asp_action=show_pp&product_id=8203”?

– What type of redirection did you implement?
– Are you using the latest version?

I’ve tested both “page” redirection and “url” redirection, and both are working without issue.

It would be nice to see a screenshot of your settings as well.
