Thanks for your help John. Removing the float, plus adjusting the margin on some related elements did the trick. Very much appreciated.

Unfortunately having a similar issue.
Uploading video files cause the form to hang indefinitely and it wont let me attempt anything else.
Video never appears in database for us though.
Docs, xls, ppt various image file types all work fine as they do for you.

Turning off backups worked for me also and improved page load time in general.
