In reply to: [WooCommerce MPGS] Invalid Request on check outHi @ainmeem,
I checked your website, and I can see that it is able to reach the pay order page:
https://prnt.sc/tcaubpThis means the communication between the website and the payment gateway is successful (authentication is working, URL is correct..)
I didn’t receive your error mentioned above, however, I faced another error.
The error I faced is related to JavaScript, there is a JS error that preventing from running the MPGS plugin JS. Check your website console and try to fix the JS error. Try to disable other plugins to make sure from where the error is fired. Try use the default WooCommerce theme and test as maybe the JS error coming from the theme you are using.
After fixing the JS error, you should face the 2nd error that you mentioned above. The invalid request error you mentioned above means the bank gateway is refusing the request and this could be for many reasons. One of the most common reason is the currencies activated for your Merchant. You need to make sure that the currency you are using on the website (which is BHD) is enabled in your Merchant account. Sometime the bank enable only USD by default, so the website need to use USD to match the currency activated for the merchant. If you want to activate new currency you need to contact the bank to activate it for you.
Let me know if those fix your issue, and let me know if you faced any other issue.

In reply to: [WooCommerce MPGS] Order Status ProcessingHi @faykay,
Thank you for writing here!
This is the default behavior of WooCommerce and it is not related to the MPGS plugin.
You can control this WooCommerce behavior either by adding a filter to your functions.php or using plugins.

In reply to: [WooCommerce MPGS] Is this supported Version 52Hi @arunya123 ,
Yes, it does support version 52.
The error should be from something else.
– Make sure the currency of the Merchant account is the same as the currency of the Website
– Make sure you entered correct MPGS URL (without /checkout/….)
– Make sure to generate the password from the Merchant account dashboard.Feel free to send screenshot to [email protected] so I can check it for you.

In reply to: [WooCommerce MPGS] Payment Error Check CredentialsHi @saadeh90 ,
I will update this ticket may it help someone later. The error was from the configuration settings where MPGS URL and Auth Pass was not correct. It worked after correcting them.
MPGS URL need to be without ‘checkout/version/55/checkout.js’
Auth Pass is different than account Pass, the auth pass is generated from the Merchant account dashboard.

In reply to: [WooCommerce MPGS] Payment Error Check CredentialsHi @saadeh90 ,
Thank you for using the plugin.
both versions 55 and 49 will work.
What is the website currency? and what is the Merchant account currency? They should be the same currency.

In reply to: [WooCommerce MPGS] MPGS Pay,ent errorHi @kholod1 , sorry the plugin doesnot have this option. You need to seek for an alternative.
If both currencies were enabled in the same merchant account, this will work with the plugin.
Best,
AliHi @foundationdeck,
Please could you share the link of the website to check? send an admin account to [email protected] to speed up the troubleshooting process.

In reply to: [WooCommerce MPGS] Invalid requestHi @mcpmoe ,
I am happy to hear that it helped out!
For this error, could you confirm that the Merchant Account Currency is the same as the Website currency?
Like if you want to use USD on your website, you need to confirm with the bank that your Merchant account is enabled for that currency. Similarly, if you want to use BHD on your website, then BHD should be enabled on the Merchant Account.
To quickly test this out, change the website currency to BHD (as I believe doha bank uses as the default currency for Merchant accounts) then test and let me know.
If that is not the case, then please send me admin credentials to my email so I can check it out. My email: [email protected]
