I am not sure if these exact versions are compatible, but I am using it on the latest WordPress (5.6) and latest (WooCommerce 4.9.2) and it is working properly.

I recommend updating to the latest versions.

Hi @omarhafez,

Some banks give you the authentication password and other banks give you the Merchant password and you log in and generate it yourself.

If your bank provided the secure hash, then most probably this is the authentication password.

If the bank provided you with MID, Operator ID, and password, then you need to login to your MID account and generate the authentication password from Admin->Integrations section in the menu.

What is your website?

I tested the plugin with WordPress 5.5.1 and WooCommerce 4.4.1 and it is working. There should be another issue on your website that is blocking the payment page from loading.

The payment page is using JavaScript code to load. It could be that the new WooCommerce version caused a JS error in the theme and thus blocking the JS of the plugin.

Hi @shaiq-uddin ,

As it worked on the test API it means the plugin is working at your end. The fact that it is not working with the live could be:
– Either the website currency is different than the merchant live account currency
– Or The bank didn’t activate your live merchant account
– Or there is a minimum transaction value rule that is set on your live account, this means if you are trying to test the live account with real credit card but with a very small amount (like 1$) this could be a reason
