In reply to: [i-craft] Line height in short descriptionHi Masian,
I tried your suggestion. Unfortunately, it seems it doesn’t work completely. I can change the line-height (that’s great!), but the module is still cut at the bottom. I even tried to give a higher value to the widget of Page Builder, but no luck (check out “Featured” carousel at the same link I already gave you).Any other solution comes to your mind?
Thanks in advance

In reply to: [i-craft] Update issuesHi @luc_jo
what you mean with “The child theme also had to be deleted and reset”?
I recently updated the theme too, and actually saw that the changes I made originally in my child theme didn’t show…
Thank you in advance.

In reply to: [i-craft] I-Craft updateHi everyone.
As for the question starting this topic, may you provide the correct method to update i-craft theme and Woocommerce?
I’m little confused lately, but, should I update the theme before Woocommerce? If so, should I just click “Update” on the theme in my adminstrator panel? I’m using a child theme and in antoher post here I read that the child theme has to be update too. What does that mean? Thanks in advance and thanks for this great theme.
I just installed Wordfence 6.3.0 on a WordPress 4.7.2
When I try to activate it, it says it can not be activated because it would cause a fatal error and below I got this message:Fatal error: Class ‘wfWAF’ not found in /web/htdocs/www.mundart-e.com/home/wp-content/plugins/wordfence/wordfence.php on line 52
Any help?

In reply to: Cannot load plugin settingsI tried to install other plugins, but I still face the same problem. If it’s a database problem how can I try to solve?
Anyone has an idea?

In reply to: Site hacked and unable to loginThanks.
Unfortunately the website is hosted on a VPS I think, or something like that, and the owner told me they don’t give assistance for that… :/Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Site hacked and unable to loginHi,
sorry for the delay, but I tried to wait sometime to see if the thing changed, but nothing…I’m trying to delete it via CPanel, I do not have access to FTP.
I zipped the entire folder and that was deleted immediately, with no problems. I also tried to delete even a single file, but I had the same outcome…
Any other suggestion?

Thanks for your answer.I just finished to restore the backup and the website is now fine again.
Yet, the folder where I moved the files of the corrupted website, in order to unzip the backup, can’t still be deleted.
I never saw a thing like this before: I delete the folder and when I refresh, the folder is there again, like I did nothing.
I can’t understand what prevent the folder to be deleted…I don’t even receive any error message, when I delete it!
Thanks in advance.

In reply to: Can't log-in in admin panelThanks for your help. I restored the backup and everything went fine.
Yet the folder where I moved all the “old corrupted” website files can’t be deleted. Just like before, in CPanel I delete it and when I refresh, the folder shows up again. It doesn’t give any error,: it just desappear when I delete it and when I refresh, the folder is there again, like I did nothing.
Never faced something like that before…if that was caused by some kind of permission badly set, I think I would receive some kind of error message when I try to delete it…but it doesn’t happen…
Does anyone knows how to solve this?
Thanks in advance.

In reply to: Can't log-in in admin panelthanks a lot for the links list you gave, very interesting.
I think best thing to do is to re-upload from the backup I have.
I’ll let you know how it goes.
