u have username and a random generated password ! what is wrong ?!
just try to login in wp-login.php in your blog folder ..!
if there is problem try to change the pass in PHPMYADMIN ??

There is a links_minadminlevel in options–>link manager that works as upload premission ??
But i dont know if there is 4 categories or not ??

as u know user premissions r with numbers !
just change the level 4 uploading to 1 or 2 in options and make them 1 or 2 in level !
so they r not admin ( they have a few privilages ) and they can upload files ??

I just Added an Undeline ( _ ) before the ID in ORDER to have Descending !
