Hi @guev4ra,
Thanks for reaching out and sharing the details of your situation.
I completely understand how frustrating it must be to encounter this issue, especially when managing multiple websites in a multisite setup.
I appreciate your effort in describing the problem and referencing the table discrepancies you see.
It sounds like the plugin is not correctly recognizing the site-specific table prefix (wp_22_) and is instead attempting to access the global prefix (wp_). I’d love to help you sort this out as quickly as possible.
I’d need additional details about your setup so I can investigate further and provide a more tailored solution.
Could you please contact our support team using the “Complete Form” button below the “I have a basic question” section here: https://aioseo.com/contact/
I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hi @caitie,
We haven’t heard back from you in a couple of days. I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist, please feel free to continue the conversation.
Thanks!
Hi @caitie,
Thanks for reaching out!
I checked your page sitemap URL at https://caitiemeansbusiness.com/page-sitemap.xml, and I can confirm that the sitemap is not being cached, as the generated date is December 23, 2024, at 5:37 pm.
Additionally, the Last Updated column for the pages reflects different dates, which correspond to the actual last update date of each page.
To investigate further, I’d like to request a screencast video showing the issue in action.
Please follow these steps:
- Check the Last Updated date for a particular page in the page sitemap URL.
- Edit that page from your site and note its Last Updated date.
- Make changes to the page and update it.
- Check the Last Updated date for that page in the sitemap URL after updating the page.
You can use a tool like (Loom) https://www.loom.com/ to record and share the video.
This will help me understand the issue better and provide a solution promptly.
Looking forward to your screencast!
Hi @you2buddy,
Thanks for reaching out!
The safest way to remove the database tables and rows associated with All in One SEO is to reinstall the plugin.
After reinstalling, follow these steps:
- Go to?All in One SEO > General Settings > Advanced.
- Toggle on the?Uninstall AIOSEO?setting.
This will ensure that?all AIOSEO data?is removed upon plugin deletion.
Important:?This will permanently delete all settings and SEO data, which will not be recoverable. - Click?Save Changes.
- Deactivate and uninstall the plugin.
This will clean up the database, including the related tables and rows.
Feel free to let me know if you need any more help!
Looking forward to helping you.

Hi @fraumaria ,
Thanks for reaching out!
I’m sorry to hear that the AIOSEO Settings and AIOSEO Writing Assistant sections are cluttering your post editor.
I understand that having a clean and focused workspace is important to you while writing and editing your posts.
Thank you for your feedback and suggestion. These features have been part of the plugin since the beginning to help optimize your content, but I completely understand that not everyone needs them visible all the time.
To hide these sections and streamline your post editor, you can adjust your preferences by following these steps:
- In the post editor, click on the three dots (?) in the top-right corner of the screen.
Here’s a screenshot for reference: https://a.supportally.com/i/9ZQ65A - In the dropdown, click on Preferences.
- The Preferences dialog box will appear.
- Navigate to the General tab if it’s not already selected.
- Scroll down to the Advanced section.
- Toggle off AIOSEO Settings and AIOSEO Writing Assistant.
Here’s how it looks: https://a.supportally.com/i/f3PVY2
By doing this, the AIOSEO sections will be hidden from your post editor, giving you a cleaner and more focused editing environment.
Let me know if you still have any questions, and I’ll be happy to help!
