Ruman AhmedHello there,
You’re welcome! Currently, you can only change the background color for the day. This is not possible to change the background color for the time as the book time is not available to the events calendar end which is the default behavior of FluentBooking. For the other question, please find the answer below:
- You can display the calendars by using the event calendar shortcode. Regarding step 1 that you mentioned, could you please provide a bit more context? This will allow me to examine it more closely and offer you the appropriate assistance.?
- If you have set a price for any events, it will be displayed as shown in the screenshot for the specific day and time: [https://prnt.sc/RGA3VScQ0v5b].?
- In FluentBooking, availability will be displayed upon hovering or clicking on an unselected date for both desktop and mobile devices. The display of availability will be as depicted in the screenshot previously shared.
Let me know the update.
Thank you.

Ruman AhmedHello @bing4,
Thank you for your sharing your query with us. Please find the answer below:
- Currently, within FluentBooking, if you have set the availability based on your desired time and time slots for a timezone, it will be displayed like this: [https://prnt.sc/E2bf36pg76vU]. In this way, you can set the availability for a day, week, or month for now. Reserved and unavailable days will be shown without a background and will not be selectable: [https://prnt.sc/1_N0jZYGxXUs]. Unavailable times will be completely removed from the time selection. If you want to change the background color, you can use custom CSS for that purpose.
- If you want to display booking calendars that show available dates and times, you can use the events calendar shortcode inside a page: [https://prnt.sc/hEe3A5xskehQ].
- Currently, there are no plans to use it on external sites, but I will take this as a feature request and forward it to our R&D team for consideration in future updates.
Let us know if you have any further queries regarding this.
Thank you.
