You right currently we do not have any string comparison yet in the pro version but I just added this as a feature request in our backlog. These conditions are available currently.
1.greater than
2.less than
3.greater than or equal
4.less than or equal
5.includes
6.not includes
7.starts with

This will not work, it is an ACF plugin shortcode so fluent forms shortcode will not work inside this also shortcode needs to be executed by PHP.

We have tested the plugin with PHP 8.0 without any issue, can you please be a little more specific about the issue with a screenshot and the error log.

1. We have built-in hooks which can be easily used to create a password confirmation field, here is an example how to create an email confirmation field , which almost same as email.
2. Please check the example above and let me know if you need any help.
