Cleaning with headers also doesn’t work with Hebrew:

header("X-LiteSpeed-Purge:/shop/??????/");

But it works with English:

<?php
header("X-LiteSpeed-Purge:/shop/pendants/");

Thanks for your reply. The problem is only with Hebrew.
