OK I could solve this issue using WP Redirection plugin. For anyone who will se similar issue – add redirect with ReGex rule:
Source URL:
^/(.*?)/\?nonamp=.*Target URL:
/$1/Now i see only one redirect.
Semrush is showing it was first detected in September last year. And I tested couple days ago and saw what I mentioned above.

If visit directly https://comedydefensivedriving.com/blog/page/99/ than no redirect and status 200 same if use any other parameter https://comedydefensivedriving.com/blog/page/99/?foo=1/

Check payments $3,852.50can it be combined like
