In reply to: [Divi Accessibility] Form element has explicit that is hiddenHello @jwerk13040,
That seems to be the correct syntax for a label. Can you clarify on the problem?
Thanks.

In reply to: [Divi Accessibility] Accordion & Learn More ModulesHello,
I’m not sure how this was missed, but it is certainly something that I can look in to adding in a future release.
Thanks.

In reply to: [Divi Accessibility] Is this supposed to work with Extra theme ?Hello @applejack1923,
We try to make the plugin work with as much Divi as we can. However, Divi child themes can be a bit difficult. Sometimes everything will work okay and sometimes it will not. Chances are that you are right and the IDs/classes are different which would not allow for this functionality to work correctly.
Thanks.

In reply to: [Divi Accessibility] WP Accessibility compatibilityHello @freshyjon,
I don’t see a problem with using both plugins, just ensure conflicting (same) settings are not enabled in both plugins. E.g. do not enable skip to main content link in both plugins.
Hope it helps.
Thanks.

Thanks, Alex.
Hello @papyrusdoc
Could you please try this beta? This should fix the issues you are facing.

In reply to: [Divi Accessibility] Drop Down Menu IssueHello @voltaicrose,
I have prepared a beta which should fix this issue. Always remember that betas can be unstable and you should use caution when testing on a live site. I have tested in my local environment and everything seems to be working as expected now.

If you want to give it a test run and let me know how it works out for you, please feel free. Also remember to remove the above jQuery code you posted that way there are no conflicts.
Thanks, Alex

In reply to: [Divi Accessibility] Drop Down Menu IssueHello @voltaicrose,
The plugin already has support built in to hide as many icons as possible. At this point, the icon classes are so custom, it’s impossible to target them all. If you are able to access an HTML editor within Divi, you could add
aria-hidden="true"
to all the icons to fix this issue. As far as an automatic option, it is as good as it can be right now.Still looking in to the submenu issue. Getting a test site together soon and will try to revamp the navigation experience.
Look for future updates to this topic soon.
Thanks.

In reply to: [Divi Accessibility] Drop Down Menu IssueIt is actually usable if you put the screen reader in edit mode (NV Access) and then use your down arrow to open the menu. This is not at all a good method though and I’m going to work with other plugin contributors to attempt to clean this up.
Please stand by for future updates on this.
Thanks.

In reply to: [Divi Accessibility] Drop Down Menu IssueHello @voltaicrose,
It appears you are right. Can you give me a link name of a sub menu so I can get a closer look? I’m using a screen reader as well.
Thanks.

In reply to: [Divi Accessibility] Browser errors after installHello @sdawales,
Sorry for the late reply. What browser are you seeing these errors in? Can you activate the plugin on a test site with no other plugins and a default theme to see if the issue disappears? Those errors don’t seem to point to a specific file so finding the real cause could be a challenge.
Thanks.

In reply to: [Divi Accessibility] Skip to Content not working, using #main-contentHello @chaosproz,
I visited the link you posted above and it seems to be working. There is currently not an option to change the href=”” part of the skip link (specifying a custom id). Are there pages this is not working on? I did notice in Firefox your site had some lag which might be the reason the skip link is not working well. In Google Chrome, everything seems to work fine.
If specifying a custom id for the skip link to jump to would be useful for you, please let me know. Would be happy to look in to adding that option in a future release.
Thanks.
