In reply to: [WooCommerce] why has a woocommerce.com login got the wrong email?Hi guys,
In my case, the account that WooCommerce was going to was connected “by accident” aka bad system UX to WordPress.com account just because I was logged in to WordPress.com account.
All sorted now.
I raised the ticket on the wrong account and asked the support team to contact me using a different email address, which they did.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] why has a woocommerce.com login got the wrong email?Having the same issue.
Doing a website for a client and he has nothing to do with the other account that we end up being logged in to.
Tried logging out of Woocommerce and WordPress before logging in and it still doesn’t work.
How can we create a ticket if it’s on the wrong account?
To be honest, as well as clear system issue it’s probably a breach of GDPR
What is the issue?
