The error is from a custom script that was added to the form by the form owner under the Style -> Advanced page. If you manage the form, you can fix the script under Style -> Advanced page. If not, we went ahead and emailed the account owner too and they may have to take an action.
Can you please email us the link where the form is embedded to support [@] formsite.com so our support team can take a further look and see how this can be resolved?
Hello,
The issue is that there are other Javascript errors on your page that are occurring before our EmbedManager script is run. The other errors prevent following scripts from running, so your form doesn’t show.
You need to fix the other errors on your page so the Embed script can run.
Also, please contact our support staff from your Formsite account’s ‘Support’ page or from our contact form at https://www.formsite.com/contact so we can keep track of the support history.
Thank you!
Hello,
The embed code uses Javascript to show the embedded form and if there are any other Javascript errors on the page before the form loads, those errors will keep our script from running correctly. You need to troubleshoot your page to see what’s keeping it from displaying.
I would remove the embedded forms and make a new simple page with the embedded forms to make sure you can load them with your template, then start re-adding the elements to see what is causing the problem.
Also, please contact our support staff from your Formsite account’s ‘Support’ page or from our contact form at https://www.formsite.com/contact so we can keep track of the support history.
Thank you!

In reply to: [Redirection] Issue with 4.3.1 version and +@johnny5 Is there any update on this issue? Does the example I provided make sense or I can provide any further information needed. We stopped updating this plugin hoping that the issue gets resolved.

In reply to: [Redirection] Issue with 4.3.1 version and +Sure.
For example, this is the URL – https://www.example.com/app/showPage?Parameter=2r8b%2B6h
where example.com wordpress site uses the redirection plugin to redirect to another server. Now if you see the parameter, there is %2B in it. This seems to be getting changed to + by the plugin when the URL is redirected. Before URL: https://www.example.com/app/showPage?Parameter=2r8b%2B6h
After URL : https://anotherserver.com/app/showPage?Parameter=2r8b+6hRedirect rule:
Source URL: ^/app/(.*)$
Target URL: https://anotherserver.com/app/$1Please let me know if I should add any further details.
Thanks.
