That’s a fair question, and I’m happy to clarify.
I don’t have enough information yet to determine the exact issue. I was expecting to see error messages logged here, but that’s not the case. Since we recently made changes to comply with Plugin Check requirements, I’m not sure if this is related to those updates or if it’s a hosting permission issue.
I suggested off-forum contact purely to protect the customer’s privacy. Troubleshooting further might require access to logs or hosting details, which wouldn’t be appropriate to share publicly.
It might be hidden or located somewhere else on your order page.
Try checking the “Screen Options” in the top right corner.

As I understand, the plugin creates a new folder each year?
No, only the document numbers are reset annually.
Does the plugin delete an invoice when its order deleted? So when I delete an order, the plugin deletes the invoice, right?
It depends. If you trash an order, the document data is retained in the order’s metadata. However, if you delete the order permanently, the document data is also deleted.
Keep in mind that permanently deleting an order with a document number that isn’t the most recent may create gaps in your numbering sequence. If the document has the latest number, you can fix the numbering by decreasing the next number by 1 under PDF Invoices > Documents > Invoice > Next Invoice Number.

This appears to be an issue with WooCommerce rather than our plugin. As @martje65 mentioned, there’s a workaround available using a hook, which is also detailed here.
