I’d like a help as well on that topic! I’m sending the files to the user, rather than providing links, but the log stays the same! Any ideas as why this might happens and how to fix it?

I’m Alex and I’m currently facing the same problem. I did what you told Kim to do and change the corresponding fields to “your-name” and “your-email”. On my page, I entered the shortcode:
[email-download download_id=”12376, 12300, 12289, 12191, 12111″ contact_form_id=”12117″]

because I have multiple downloads. In my form as well, I’ve entered <ebd /> exactly where you have placed it on your documentation.

The download link is as follows:

However, when I click it, it directs me to my website! Any help would be highly appreciated!
