Yes, I did leave the standards settings.

The imported photos are there but when I use them into the site the link is broken.

Any thoughts. is very weird because some of the images from the upload folder are used in the all website and the images are shown in the site.

If I remove the code you said I will not show any of the categories from the post. What I need is if the post has more than one category, let say, web and newsletter I will like only to show web.

I did it in my category section where I show all my categories except category 10 with this code:

<?php wp_list_categories('show_count=1&title_li=&exclude=10'); ?>

here I show all my categories and I hide category 10.

I am uploading the images from another source not the folder from bitnami. I am uploading the images from the folders where I have all images back up in case any problem. Apparently the folder from bitnami doesn’t let me to upload any photo to wordpress. But the images which had been created by wordpress when i uploaded to my media library like x.150×150 or x.180×180, these ones are fine. Very strange.
I don’t really know what it went wrong but I have to thank you for your support, I thought I was on my own.

I hope it make sense to you and maybe you know what it went wrong during the transfer.

I deleted the files with ftp from the server and change the transfer type to binary but when I am trying to upload the files again is giving me and
error 5: access denied.

My transfer type is set in auto.
should i change it?

Hi, I checked the images owner and it is empty. Now I am going to check the filezilla options to check the pre-set files.

Is there any difference dipending on who is the owner of the images?

I am on my way home and I am writting to you with my phone. I can not check that now but I will be able to check shortly. I believe I am the owner. I had the images in my computer and I uploaded them to my media library from there. Only 45 min and I will be home. I have to sort out this problem urgently. Thanks.

The permissions are 777, I changed them, before they were 755, I saw a webpage saying that if I change them it will resolve the problem. Any thoughts.
