All optimizing plugins and caching plugins are disabled. The issues still persists. How can we get this working? T

I had the same issue with the latest version of the plugin.

I used WP Rollback plugin to install the previous version, and it worked again like normal.

I managed to implement this and it works!!

When im logged in the sidebar is on the bottom of the blog.
But when im logged out of the back end (incognito) it works.

Any idea why ?
